A batch number from an older can finds that can's report. If a brand has pulled a batch, its link shows the recall notice instead of the document.

The link never changes. When the brand publishes a new batch, the record behind it updates. No stale PDF on someone's website, no QR code frozen on last year's batch.

Every batch keeps its own link. Search by the batch number printed on the package and you get that batch's report, not the newest one.
Public, no sign-in
The same record a store, an inspector or a shopper sees. The document is the lab's own file, served as uploaded.
