One lab email, start to finish.
What happens to a report from the moment the lab sends it, and what you do about it. Which is not much.
The email
The lab emails the report. You forward it to us, or the lab copies our inbox. That is your part.
If the report covers more than one size, or the batch number on it is not the one on the can, we ask you one question. We do not guess.
The match
A person matches the report to the product, size and batch it names. Not "the seltzer". The 12 oz single, batch 2409, as printed on the can. A 4-pack and a single are two records, because a store or an inspector is holding one or the other.
Before anything goes live, the file is checked. A link to a folder, a link to a viewer page, or a file with missing pages is caught here. We found a real brand's page serving the wrong document under two products in September 2026. This step exists to stop that.
The link
Every product has one permanent address, keyed to its barcode: rdrelay.com/c/ and the barcode. That is what goes on the label, on your site and on the store's page. It does not change when the batch does. The document behind it does.
The new report is current within two business days. Nobody re-uploads, re-sends or reprints anything.
The older batch
It keeps its link and its report, findable by the batch number on the package. A can from March gets March's report.
A folder cannot do this without someone renaming files and editing a page. It is the thing inspectors and buyers ask for.
The list
Every product and size is either covered by a current report or it is not. You get that as a list in the first week and in a short note every month. What is on file. What appears to be missing.
Where it shows up
- Your label. One QR or link per product. Printed once.
- Your site. A batch search box, one paste.
- The store's product page. Stores paste the link once. Free, no account. The embed guide is the whole install.
- The public lookup. Barcode or batch number at rdrelay.com/lookup.
- Your public catalog.Every product, its current batch, and a search box, under your brand's name.
If you pull a batch
Flag it once. The link serves your notice instead of the report until you clear the flag. Every serve is logged. Stores and distributors on rd Relay that carry the product see the recall on their own board.
The line we hold
We match, host and keep. We do not grade a result, say whether a product complies with anything, or submit anything to a regulator. Any accredited lab, as many as you use. The lab's document is the document.
